Provide input into overall Global Tech roadmap development. Work with partners to understand business needs and goals while providing strategic advice on how to respond. Own the creation of product and platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with Engineering teams and the business. Ensure Tech Team roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functions within Domains. Collaborate with other Technical Product Manager’s to address dependencies across Global Tech. Utilize a “customer-centric" approach with roadmaps and building products, platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs. Bring market and industry insights to platform and product strategy. Drive the execution steps of product management in accordance with the value framework. Drive alignment to all standard Technical Product Manager ways of working, process, artifacts, templates and collaboration models. Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the roadmap while adjusting roadmaps as needed. Ensure Technical Product Manager maturity throughout all levels of the Tech Team, including support for the field, role development and career pathing. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science or Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related position.  
 
Experience must include the following: 
 

  • Business case development  

  • Product requirement documents and stories 

  • Design thinking  

  • Roadmapping  

  • Data analytics  

  • Feature prioritization, Product stitching and backlog management 

  • Vision and strategy  

  • REST APIs  

  • AWS Red Shift  

  • Python  

  • Confluence/JIRA 

  • Tableau

  • Splunk.
