This position is based at our on-site at Lowe's Charlotte NC. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
What you will do:
- Drive digital strategy with a strong focus on customer journey and digital experience across e-commerce platforms, connecting various platforms to enhance customer experience.
- Manage product lifecycle, define product initiatives, and build cross-functional roadmaps, driving OKRs and ensuring continuous improvement in product development and team culture.
- Work closely with Lead UX, Lead Engineer, and other verticals to build strategy and execute product plans. Lead cross-functional execution and delivery of products, driving innovation and user adoption.
- Possess strong experience in testing, maintenance, execution, and working closely with engineering teams. Define objectives and key metrics, leveraging data to track product health and business impact.
- Stay up to date with macro and micro technology trends, drive innovation, and evaluate industry trends to set product plans and priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation or product marketing
- 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
- Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Align product vision with business strategy and market trends. Manage the product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, from ideation to development to launch. Use a data-driven, analytical, and customer-centric approach, leveraging Adobe Analytics.
- Cross-Functional Guidance: Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional resources.
- Hold a CSPO certification and/or a Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
