FanDuel Group is a world-class team of brands and products that deliver sports betting, gaming and entertainment to millions of US sports fans every day. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Mentor, coach and develop direct team to become strong Product leaders, whilst also bringing a customer first mindset to other parts of the organisation as required

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, content, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience within a digital Product Management space or similar (a particular background with CRM and identity/access management in sports, gaming or financial services is advantageous)
  • Experience in managing/mentoring Product Owners and/or Product Managers
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
  • Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment is highly preferred.
