⭐ Role Overview
As a Lead Product Designer, you will take full ownership of designing end-to-end user experiences that drive both business impact and user satisfaction. You will raise the bar on UX by working on high-impact and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring Design brings best-in-class solutions to real customer problems.
You'll join a high-performance design team of 8 (product design, research & content) with a solid design thinking culture and a scalable design system.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Own and drive end-to-end UX for high-priority cross-initiatives, ensuring a seamless, high-performance user experience.
- Take strategic ownership of UX solutions, ensuring that design vision aligns with business goals and user needs while delivering measurable impact on product performance.
- Lead by example in executing design solutions that meet functional and aesthetic goals across multiple touch points.
- Contribute to the product strategy, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and refine key initiatives that drive product success.
- Raise the bar on design quality, focusing on high-level design decisions that impact product direction, user engagement, and overall experience.
- Supporting team growth by leading by example, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to integrate design solutions into product roadmaps, ensuring that UX considerations are prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor leading complex, end-to-end design solutions at scale.
- A track record of influencing product and design strategy, with the ability to balance vision and execution.
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping, with a deep understanding of delivering high-performance designs.
- Experience mentoring and coaching product designers, helping elevate the design quality across projects.
- Ability to share design rationale persuasively with all organization functions, including executives.
- Expertise in building and evolving Design Systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across product areas.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes while driving product and business success.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of front-end development constraints.

What We Do
Lodgify is a constantly growing tech start-up, focused on building vacation rental software that enables vacation rental owners to independently manage and market their business online. We do so by providing them with easy-to-build websites, including a booking and reservation system, various synchronisation options, and payment collection options. We are +300 Lodgifiers strong, and you can find us working in Barcelona and all around the world! We are working in a hybrid mode and provide our team members with an option to work from home and spend additional time with their family, friends and pets.
