We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to help create seamless, delightful identity verification flows for millions of users. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that drive conversion and foster trust, all while ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
As part of our highly collaborative and diverse Product Design team, you’ll work alongside 3 other designers from across the globe. Each designer partners with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team to craft impactful solutions. Together, we aim to establish our products as the trusted hub for people’s identity, delivering a world-class experience.
You will refine and iterate on end user-facing flows to optimize conversion and usability. You will also build and maintain a flexible design system for easy customization. You’ll take ownership of the entire product design process, from discovery and ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, an ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a deep understanding of UX best practices to create accessible, optimized flows.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by:
- Owning the end-user experience working across the full product design life cycle from discovery to delivery to iteration.
- Conducting end-user research and testing by crafting interviews, usability studies, and A/B tests.
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and partner with your Product Manager, Engineering team, and Analyst to define the strategy and develop new features.
- Building and maintaining a flexible design system that enables effortless customization for various customer needs.
- Covering both interaction/UX and visual/UI design. Be able to design and present various solutions.
- Partnering with engineers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
- Analyzing user insights and performance data to improve the flow continually.
- Actively contributing to improving the design team's processes, culture, and tools.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience, able to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Expertise in design principles and methodologies, supported by a portfolio showcasing UX and UI design excellence.
- Strategic mindset that can align design strategies with business goals and user needs, translating complex challenges into actionable plans.
- Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics that drive user engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of effectively articulating design vision and strategy to all levels of the organization.
- A knack for prioritizing work effectively and adapting quickly to changes. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing accessible, mobile-first products for both iOS and Android.
