What You'll Do
As the Lead Privacy Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting complex, cross-functional projects to drive the privacy program's implementation. Program Managers play a key role in ensuring that our organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Their responsibilities include program planning, strategic oversight, operational execution, and cross-team collaboration.
In this role, you will
- Lead and structure complex cross-functional projects focused on privacy compliance, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams.
- Develop comprehensive plans that facilitate the successful execution of privacy compliance deliverables, outlining key milestones and responsibilities.
- Oversee the implementation of assigned privacy controls, ensuring adherence to established regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide clear visibility into privacy-related risks, effectively managing competing priorities to mitigate potential issues.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration across different groups and departments.
- Identify, track, and report on relevant metrics to assess privacy compliance performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Legal, Information Security, and Public Policy, to align objectives, streamline escalations, and achieve strategic results.
What we're looking for
- 7 to 10 years of experience in program management, ideally within software development, regulatory compliance, or privacy domains.
- Proven track record of successfully driving delivery and managing change within complex organizational structures.
- Strong ability to lead directly and indirectly, leveraging influence to achieve objectives.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, communication, and facilitation skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Highly developed organizational skills paired with effective time management strategies to optimize productivity.
- Proficient in navigating ambiguous situations and performing under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong capability to build and maintain partnerships across all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and alignment.
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$144,347—$211,709 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$135,686—$199,007 USD
