Job Description:
What You'll Do
- This role within the Global Pricing team will be responsible for supporting the advancement of pricing infrastructure and solutions within the Payments Network that drive revenue results and efficiency in our systems. Responsibilities will include managing the intake and refinement process of new requests; managing the pipeline of new pricing initiatives and requests under evaluation; and ensuring the communication of work status and the delivery of critical work. This role partners closely with product peers, technology and process teams coordinating well-managed deliveries across multiple functions and lines of business ensuring all work requests are evaluated in a consistent and manner and audit, risk and governance requirements are met. Additional responsibilities of this role will include: managing both internal and client-facing documentation, acting as the content owner and primary business partner of our publication teams; monitoring systems output to ensure alignment with network policies; and facilitating financial adjustments if necessary.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Management of small to medium scale program deliveries that impact Global Pricing.
- Lead/Support cross-functional teams to solve business problems using pricing solutions, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to monitor and manage the critical path, plan contingencies, and facilitate scope changes as required. Report on program and feature delivery progress, managing escalations and impediment resolution.
- Maintain ownership of internal and client-facing documentation ensuring requirements are properly recorded in JIRA and align with the approved policies
- Build and maintain high trust relationships with partner teams across the Enterprise to keep abreast of current strategies and manage work in progress.
- Strategic thinking to re-imagine existing operations to drive towards more efficient & productive solutions, processes & outcomes.
- Stay abreast of competitive pricing trends and used for key initiative and strategies as well as analytics, client and product strategies and risk assessments.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors in Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Bachelors in Project Management or related.
- 2+ years Pricing, Financial Services, Transaction Processing, or related.
- SAFe (Scale Agile Framework)-Knowledge of Agile best practices.
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
