What’s on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with a Lead Planner for our growing project team within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. The project is for our client Sydney Water and includes a major upgrade to the existing treatment plant. Ideal candidates will have a range of experiences and be keen to learn and challenge themselves. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further. In this role you'll be responsible for:

Be responsible for the management and creation of detailed build programs that accurately reflect the conditions of the contract, plans and specifications

Monitoring and updating the construction/capital works programs on the projects

Providing guidance where necessary to the engineering staff in their programming requirements

Oversee the planning/scheduling function, acting as the discipline lead and providing leadership to the existing Scheduling team.
How you'll connect to the role:
-
Demonstrated experience as a Planner with relevant hands on project planning; experience in an M&E/civil/utilities infrastructure project delivery, construction environment

Solid water infrastructure experience and sound exposure to Primavera 6, MS Project and Excel on significant projects.

Great technical/analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound specialist advice based on best practice and project conditions.

Great stakeholder management and communication skills

The ability to lead teams and inspire others, and drive outcomes.
