What You’ll Do

  • Build the Big Picture: Develop and roll out an outstanding organic social media strategy that puts AutoScout24 front and center on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Lead the Dream Team: Inspire and manage your crew of creative rockstars—a videographer and an internal influencer—to produce scroll-stopping content.
  • Create Buzzworthy Content: Oversee content planning and ensure everything we post is fresh, innovative, and tailored to each platform.
  • Grow the Community: Develop smart strategies to connect with our audience, spark conversations, and build a loyal following across all platforms.
  • Align Across Borders: Work closely with our European country teams to make sure our social media efforts hit the mark locally while staying true to the overall brand vibe.
  • Keep Tabs on Performance: Track key metrics, learn from the data, and tweak strategies to keep leveling up.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Be the one who always knows what’s next—whether it’s a new feature, platform, or trend—and make sure we’re ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate to Win: Team up with paid social, brand marketing, and other departments to deliver cohesive campaigns that pack a punch.

What You Bring

  • Experience That Counts: Minimum of 4–6+ years of managing and growing organic social media accounts, with a track record of building successful strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: You’ve led teams and know how to motivate creative minds like videographers and influencers to deliver their best work.
  • Strategic Mindset: You get how social media fits into the bigger picture and have experience making strategies work for broader business goals.
  • Creative Edge: You’ve got a sharp eye for content that stands out, engages audiences, and nails the brand tone.
  • Platform Mastery: You know TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook inside out—from best practices to algorithm hacks.
  • Data-Driven: Numbers don’t scare you. You know how to analyze performance and use insights to make smart decisions.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German—you’ll need both to excel in this role.
