Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for content development and publication of network documentation to external network partners (including Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants, processors, etc.) via Network Release publications. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to accurately document partner requirements for compliance. Produces accurate and effective publications in accordance with business requirements, SOPs and controls, and established deadlines. Lead Network Release Communications Specialist 6+ years 6+ years Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
How You'll Do It

  • Analyze change requests to understand document impacts, partner requirements, timing, and overall project scope. Ensure accurate tracking of projects to ensure team resource bandwidth.
  • Develop release content to support business initiatives and publish in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Lead and/or participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Products, Infrastructure, Client Support, and others to collaborate on draft changes.
  • Maintain SOPs to align with current procedures and in accordance with established review cycles.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of document assignments and retention of draft files and published documents in team repositories in accordance with retention policies.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Administration and Management, English Studies or related.
  • 4+ years in Payments industry or related
  • In lieu of education, must have at least 6+ years in Operation or related or Payment industry or related.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 4+ years in Business to business communications or related Operations or related
  • In lieu of education, at least 6+ years in Business to business communications or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
