What you’ll be a part of:

Circle’s Monetization team sits within the Strategy and Product Marketing team and covers all forms of global monetization initiatives, including product pricing, incentive programs, business model analysis, and guiding the business team to execution of these strategies. 

Circle operates across almost every layer in the “crypto stack”, building business applications, SaaS solutions, stablecoins, and chain level infrastructure. The Monetization team focuses on building short and long term strategies to capture that value creation while also using pricing and incentive strategies as a vector for network growth and ensuring the organization is set up for effective execution of those strategies.

What you’ll work on:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on commercial strategy within key partner segments like OTC desks, crypto exchanges and other distributors
  • Become a subject matter expert on crypto capital markets and other stablecoin use cases to effectively inform growth strategies 
  • Build short term and long term financial models to assess pricing strategy P&L impact
  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Development and other cross functional teams to develop monetization strategies for new and existing products
  • Pitch, debate and drive decisions for monetization and incentives with senior leadership 
  • Work across range of internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for monetization and incentive strategies

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance or related field
  • Crypto or fintech experience preferred
  • Experience with commercial deals supporting deals, especially “first of kind”
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Comfortable being ‘externally-facing’, pitching commercial proposals to partners alongside Business Development
  • Experience building scalable frameworks and processes
  • Personable and comfortable communicating across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and executives
  • Thrives in unstructured environments and brings order to chaos
  • Ambitious, independent operator with desire to grow into business strategy responsibility

Additional Information:

  • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500

Annual Bonus Target: 15%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
