Role Mission: As a member of the LeagueApps Product team, the Lead Mobile Product Manager will own the product development lifecycle from idea to release for assigned products. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our youth sports software solutions. You will collaborate closely with and build strong cross-functional relationships with the engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our PM team is expected to continuously innovate to keep our customers and our partners on top of their game, and in return will get the opportunity to shape a product that is used by millions of people.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for the consumer (coach, parent, player) experience
  • Identify trends and best practices on the leading mobile platforms, to keep us at the forefront
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and communicate product updates.
  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.


Who You Are:

  • 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on mobile products and platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage product development from concept to scale, balancing customer needs with delivering measurable business value.
  • Expertise in engaging clients to gather and refine requirements, uncover critical details, and inform accurate decision-making.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to support product development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including crafting emails, proposals, and analysis, as well as conducting exploratory calls, demos, and meetings.
  • Demonstrated success working within agile development methodologies and managing projects with both internal and external resources.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products that align with functional requirements.
  • Skilled in tracking and testing delivered products against functional specifications to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Background in Product Management within the B2B, B2C, SMB, or SaaS space, with a proven track record of continuous success and progression within a Product organization.
  • Strong prioritization and resource management skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, including those outside direct reporting lines.
  • Data-driven decision-maker who leverages facts and analysis to guide strategies and programs.
  • Adept at building relationships across all organizational levels, including with partners, customers, and vendors.
  • Passionate about creating impactful solutions and contributing to the youth sports community.
  • Deeply aligned with the company’s core values and mission.


Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Compensation: $147,765 - $221,647

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at LeagueApps. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other LeagueApps employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at LeagueApps to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
