Job Description
Job Location: CoimbatorePosition: Lead Mobile Application developer (Cross-platform) Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of mobile applications (iOS & Android) that interact with BLE devices.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of mobile developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., UI/UX designers, back-end developers, QA) to deliver high-quality products
Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Experience:Overall 8 -10 years of experience IT industry
5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing mobile application using Swift on iOS platform
Experience with native development (Swift for iOS; Kotlin for Android).
Lead BLE- specific development, including
GATT protocols, UUID management, device state monitoring, and data synchronization.
Experience with
cross-platform technologies like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
Experience with Core Bluetooth Framework.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.). is a plus.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitHub.
Experience with publishing applications on the App Store.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
