The Opportunity...

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our team as a Lead Media Buyer on our newly acquired Brainjolt team! In this role, you will set high-level goals and strategy for a specific vertical while collaborating closely with our Media Buying team to optimize performance and solve complex challenges. You’ll be a key decision-maker, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and providing expert guidance on media buying best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful strategies, present to executive leadership, and shape the success of our campaigns.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Individual contributor role responsible for setting strategy and high-level goals for a specific vertical
  • Present to and communicate effectively with executive level leadership on vertical level performance and plans
  • Assist with and approve all forecasts within the vertical before sending to Biz Dev/leadership
  • Act as point of contact for other departments with vertical level projects or questions
  • Understand general account performance and issues for all accounts within the vertical
  • Work with media buyers to develop long term strategies and problem solve larger issues
  • Recognized as an authority on media buying by peers and leaders
  • Works with stakeholders to make business critical decisions

What We're Looking For...

  • 5+ years paid marketing experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Expert in Google Ads/SA360
  • Ability to lead strategy and set direction for media buyers
  • Ability to coordinate with individual team members and convey high level best practices
  • Experience mentoring others
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, and fostering collaboration within team
  • Ability to manage meetings effectively
  • Ability to communicate complex strategy and technical concepts effectively
  • Ability to lead others through the various stages of problem-solving including identification, developing solutions, and driving outcomes
