The Opportunity...

Are you a savvy Lifecycle marketer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape campaigns and lifecycle strategies across our Business Services Division? Join our dynamic team and take charge of end-to-end creation, optimization, and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns. Dive into strategic initiatives focused around increasing the LTV of a business customer.

How You’ll Contribute...

  • Campaign Development: Craft and execute top-notch email and SMS marketing campaigns for our insurance inquiring audiences inside of our ESP which is Iterable.
  • Director Collaboration: Engage closely with the Director of Lifecycle to understand campaign requirements, strategize effectively, and implement campaigns with precision.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using defined KPIs. Drive ideation for optimization and future steps based on data insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold a high standard of quality by delivering creatives and campaigns that undergo thorough QA testing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with teams like Advertising Operations, Data Warehouse, Engineering, and Design to ensure integrated campaign success.
  • Technical Expertise: Work cross-functionally to ensure the technical setup of email campaigns is accurate, providing the necessary information for success.

What We're Looking For...

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related role
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to guarantee well-built and well-tested marketing assets.
  • Results-Driven: Consistently achieve impactful results through a data-driven approach, utilizing email best practices, segmentation, optimization, and deliverability strategies.
  • Creative Thinker: Bring creativity and innovation to the table, suggesting enhancements for creative solutions, improved processes, and optimization.
  • Project & Time Management: Skilled in managing processes and timelines, with experience multitasking in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a go-getter attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
