As an IT engineer at Ellevation, you will play a key role in driving a focused investment in maturing our internal technology and providing leverage to various leadership members in finding new ways to increase productivity and secure our customers. You will also be hands-on in developing and maintaining multiple systems and tools that enable employees at Ellevation.
You are extremely comfortable weighing tradeoffs, generating options, and assessing risks. You excel in finding development paths that incrementally deliver value along the way to broader goals. And you are comfortable working across multiple levels of management and cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

Some of the things you will accomplish:
- Provide technical assistance and day-to-day support for incoming inquiries related but not limited to systems, software and hardware.
- Analyze IT infrastructure to improve performance, capacity, and scalability.
- Assist development, installation, configuration, monitoring, and administration of computer systems.
- Aid in managing project timelines and documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Help drive Ellevation towards advancements in IT technology, processes, and best practices.
- Provide an escalation point for IT Support Services that includes supporting: Google Workspace, end user computing, and other client applications and processes.
- Create and update documentation for processes and procedures, including troubleshooting of common issues, data reports/analytics, operations manuals, etc.
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in IT Support Services
- Excited about automating workflows and repetitive tasks.
- Experience managing and supporting SaaS applications
- Proven leadership and program management skills
- Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple (matrixed) organizations to reach shared goals
