Please Note: Whilst this is a remote role, occasional travel to Reston is required. Candidates must be able to work eastern or central time hours.
What You Will Do
In this role you will support the Enterprise Growth Enablement & Proposals (EGEP) strategy by accelerating, aligning, and supporting the adoption of Growth, Marketing, & Innovation (GMI) resources and learning across the enterprise.
Your Responsibilities

Create enablement resources and learning content to support Seller-Doers and BD professionals, enhancing BD capabilities company-wide.

Identify, manage, and optimize technology solutions (e.g., PowerBI, GenAI) to facilitate adoption of EGEP/GMI enablement resources.

Provide program management and facilitation support for enablement initiatives such as go to market support for strategic initiatives, internal enablement focus groups, recompete support, Facilitation and Business Development Communities of Practice, EGEP customer experience strategic initiative, interfacing with seller-doers and growth leaders across ICF.

Identify and deploy additional enablement resources and experiences, aligned with business needs and based on identified knowledge and skill gaps.

Develop, execute and refine adoption strategies for EGEP and GMI resources.

Track adoption and usage metrics and develop data-driven recommendations to increase adoption and usage.

Assist with internal training development for EGEP.

Work with the Learning & Talent Experience team to align the BD learning practice with EGEP offerings and continuously improve on offerings.
What You Will Bring With You
-
8+ years overall experience, which must include a background in Business Development, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Customer Experience (CX), and / or Human Centered Design.

Experience with MS365 including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
