Position Overview:
Does growth excite you? 🌱 As a Marketing Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for driving identification, attraction and conversion of potential clients for our accesso ShoWare ticketing product. This position will work closely with both the accesso ShoWare sales team and marketing to develop and execute lead-generation strategies including targeted campaigns, personal outreach, and data-driven optimization to build a robust pipeline. You’ll work closely with Sales to ensure leads are nurtured effectively and converted into opportunities. This role will report into the Director of Marketing and will have a dotted line to the Director of Sales for Live Events and will work closely with other sales and marketing team members to create and execute strategies that drive Live Events and accesso ShoWare growth.
Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US.

What you’ll be working on:
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and other content, to drive awareness and interest in accesso ShoWare.
- Ability to develop creative, innovative campaigns and execute unconventional efforts to capture attention and create buzz to maximize reach and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Marketing Manager to align with broader campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Tradeshow Coordinator to ensure campaigns integrate with event strategies.
1:1 Outreach and Prospect Engagement
- Conduct personalized email outreach to key prospects, leveraging CRM and marketing data to craft tailored messages based on individual needs and interests.
- Partner with Sales to identify high-priority accounts and ensure strategic outreach aligns with broader lead-generation efforts.
- Monitor and document engagement metrics for 1:1 emails, refining approaches to maximize response and conversion rates.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and optimize lead flows in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
- Analyze lead performance, segment data, and ensure accurate tracking/reporting of all lead-generation activities.
Content & Outreach Strategy
- Collaborate with the Sales team to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and create relevant materials for personalized outreach and campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop compelling content assets, such as case studies, white papers, and landing pages.
- Creativity is a must! Engage in innovative problem-solving, provide fresh perspectives, and have an ability to adapt to new challenges with unique solutions.
Collaboration with Sales
- Serve as the go-to liaison between Marketing and Sales for accesso ShoWare.
- Regularly meet with Sales to review lead quality, conversion metrics, and opportunities for refinement.
Other Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
- Support outbound calling efforts by providing insights, scripts, and collateral as required.

What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing for a B2B software company.

- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach messages.
- Analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Salary Range
$40,000—$60,000 USD
