Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cold outreach strategies to engage potential clients and leads.
- Utilize email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to connect with decision-makers.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and continuously expand the lead database.
- Collaborate with the business development team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Track and optimize outreach campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver results.
- Familiarity with the tech and design industry is a plus.
Shift timing: Night Shift 08:30 p.m. to 05:30 a.m.
