Job Description:
What You'll Do

• Provides financial and business analysis support.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Drives revenue generating and expense efficiency initiatives by understanding business economics and effectively leading and influencing business.
• Develops financial projections to support planning and investment decisions. Monitors and assesses the return on financial investments.
• Develops and leads finance activities in area of responsibility which may include budgeting, short and long-term forecasting, revenue and expense driver analysis.
• Conducts variance analysis and consolidation activities
• Collaborates with business partners (DNA organization) to develop robust financial forecasts and drive insightful analysis.
• Continuously improves and streamlines standard work processes.
• Creates and maintains models to understand long-term profit and loss impacts and drive business decisions.
• Performs detailed competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and actions.
• Develops profitability analyses and projections for marketing and customer segments.
• Analyzes customer behaviors and product profitability trends to understand financial implications and influence actions.
• Develops and enhances financial models. Improves forecasting accuracy and drives business insights.
• Provides management with strategic advice and financial analyses for investment decisions, pricing changes, and channel and segment expansions.
• Translates business opportunities and issues into financial analyses. Develops business cases with recommendations to management.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors Finance, Business Administration and Management, or related
• 2+ years Financial Services, Consulting, Investment Banking or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
