As a Finance Specialist, you will ensure providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.
 

As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

• Managing the business cycle, budget, financial forecasts. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.
• Preparation and submission of MRP, LRP and QMI reports, quarterly orders, revenue, monthly closing and other reports
• Support to the regional FP&A team
• Control and review costing allocation for PLs and projects
• Customer billing & collections processing and reporting
• Customer support and reporting
• Commercial support for the in-country quotations. Support in Contract Pricing Review/Creation 
• Intercompany quoting, billing and support
• Inventory & FA financial impact control and reporting
• Costs control

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have a degree from an accredited University or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Commercial
• Be an advanced MS Excel user; 1С, Oracle, SAP experience preferred. .
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to independently work to tight deadlines.
• Be a problem solver with great analytical and communication skills.
• Be able to speak fluent English.
