RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the implementation of ESG metric reporting by coordinating across global and business unit functions (CDP Climate, Water, Forest, DJSI, SMR, MSCI, ISS, Sustainalytics, WBA, and customer requests).
- Support the advancement of key ESG initiatives as directed by the Sr. Director, ESG.
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and our manufacturing facility in the Philippines for ESG-related communications and activities.
- Track and analyze progress toward corporate goals related to emissions reductions, waste management, supplier diversity, and renewable energy adoption.
- Apply Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) methodology to assess the environmental impact of Allegro's semiconductor products.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required in a field related to sustainability, environmental science, business, or finance.
- Strong analytical experience with the ability to manage complex datasets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- 1+ years of experience in ESG or financial compliance reporting.
- Experience and/or training on global ESG reporting frameworks such as SASB, GRI, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and CDP.
- Experience with data management, software implementation, Scope 3 emissions calculations, and Life Cycle Analysis is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor product life cycles is highly preferred.
