In Cash Data domain we are working every day to help our corporate clients run their business smoothly. The clients that are using and benefiting from the results of our work are well-known multinational corporates, many of which you know and use their products. The products we provide to clients are sight deposits, overdrafts, intraday credit-facilities, term deposits and off-balance sheet investments. Those products help clients to make payments to their employees, suppliers, and achieve their cash management goals.
As a Lead Engineer (f/m/x) you'll be part of a team building a strategic data platform that consolidates terabytes of data from 50+ systems. This data is then distributed in a unified way to systems supporting mission-critical business use cases across the bank. We have both end of day batch use cases with strict SLAs and near-realtime intraday processing.
We are looking for engineers with strong design and coding skills, who are team players, motivated and self-driven. Your key responsibilities

Develop and deliver full-cycle solutions from design to deployment, including business deliveries, new integrations, building data transformation flows on top of Clickhouse and BigQuery, Java / Kotlin microservices development for Cloud deployment

Participate in code reviews, providing feedback, ensuring high code quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions

Maintain and improve project documentation / perform knowledge sharing across teams

Own SL3 (Service Level 3) support for the product
Your skills and experiences
-
Extensive experience in Core Java / Kotlin
-
Knowledge in Frameworks and Libraries: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Kafka, MQ, etc.

Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a bug plus

Experience in OLAP databases is competitive advantage (ClickHouse, BigQuery, etc)

Strong communication skills, good written and spoken English
