Meet the team:

As a member of the Global Corporate Compliance team, this global Compliance Data Analytics role will design, implement and deliver Dexcom’s Compliance Analytics Program. This role involves partnering with Regional Compliance Leads and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver analytics dashboards and robotic process automation (RPA) programs across all regions, i.e. EMEA, APAC and Americas regions

Where you come in:

  • You will collaborate with Regional Compliance Leads to define and confirm the scope and frequency of RPAs and analytics dashboards.

  • You will work with IT, Finance, and Legal Operations teams to identify data requirements, collect financial and contract data, and analyse structured and unstructured data from various sources.

  • You will partner with vendors to design and implement analytics dashboards in IT systems using tools such as Tableau.

  • You will collaborate with Global Finance teams to build and deliver robotic process automation (RPA) programs.

  • You will develop algorithms and solutions to detect, prevent, and monitor fraud, bribery, and corruption.

  • You will deliver RPAs and dashboards to Regional Compliance Leads to support regular compliance monitoring activities.

  • You will prepare dashboards and reports for Compliance Committees and other meetings, analysing trends and outcomes.

  • You will stay informed about changes in regional and local laws, regulations, and codes of conduct to ensure compliance.

  • You will assist with annual compliance risk assessments to identify, mitigate, and manage compliance risks.

  • You will monitor remediation actions and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely progress and completion.

What makes you successful:

  • Knowledge and experience of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL.

  • Project management experience, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, understanding of algorithms and appreciation of working with data.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to explain complex analytical concepts to stakeholders from different backgrounds.

  • Demonstrated ability to work confidently and effectively as part of a large team, and respond to cultural sensitivities.

  • You are self-directed, proactive, motivated, fast learner as well as able to work independently.

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills and can communicate in English effectively.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience in a forensics data role.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,959.58 to €4,891.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
