Role Overview

As a Lead, Coaching Development, you leverage our vast ecosystem of Pro data and direct feedback to craft transformative coaching experiences. You play a pivotal role in shaping the business education journey for thousands of service professionals. With a deep understanding of what drives growth and success, you analyze data, engage directly with our Pros to uncover their evolving needs, and translate these insights into scalable, high-impact coaching content.

You operate as a strategic content architect—designing and iterating training modules, facilitating live sessions, and enabling other coaches to deliver with confidence. Everything you build and facilitate contributes directly to our Pros' ability to grow stronger businesses and better lives.

What you do each day: 

  • Analyze behavioral and performance data from multiple internal sources to identify patterns and opportunities for coaching content
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with service professionals (our Pros) to understand business challenges and gather first-hand insights
  • Design and build results-oriented content for the Business Coaching program, including webinars, workshops, and playbooks
  • Facilitate live and virtual coaching sessions to guide Pros through business challenges and growth strategies
  • Test new curriculum in live cohorts and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve
  • Certify and mentor Advisors on how to effectively deliver newly developed coaching content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coaching aligns with product features and company initiatives
  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously integrate best practices into curriculum design
  • Ensure Pro-facing materials are digestible, actionable, and drive measurable impact
  • Maintain a strong feedback loop with Pros and advisors to refine coaching experiences

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in curriculum development, coaching, or a customer-facing business education role
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex business topics into accessible learning experiences
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Confluence, and Zoom
  • Experience facilitating group training or educational sessions, preferably virtually
  • Background in home service industry or working with service-based small businesses is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $67,000-$79,000 plus variable for $73,700-$86,900 OTE.The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
