Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Capabilities team develops and drives the implementation of strategies and tools to evolve the GTM processes, providing for the GTM function to expand influence for all product families throughout the product lifecycle.
- Reporting to the GTM Capabilities Senior Manager, the Lead Business Strategy for GTM will support the Payment Services Product GTM team. This role is pivotal in managing business strategies and policies for the GTM team, developing and implementing strategies and enhancements to improve operational efficiency, mitigate losses, and enhance profitability. The individual will leverage existing and emerging technologies/tools to mitigate risk, automate current processes, and advance GTM capabilities.

- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Develops and implements strategies that improve operation efficiency and mitigates losses, including managing internal SharePoint sites (GP Portal and GTM Team SharePoint).
- Develops and evaluates loss and recovery forecast models.
- Establishes effective production and strategy performance tracking for internal SharePoint sites and product training engagement. Ensures strategies are performing as expected and implements policy changes in a timely manner.
- Identifies risks and implements strategies within servicing system limitations
- Communicates with GTM, client-facing, operations and systems teams to ensure strategies and tests are being utilized appropriately
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or related.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related.
- In Lieu of Education, 4+ years of experience in Programming, Strategy, Automation and Process Improvement.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Masters in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- 2+ years of Agile experience.
- General payments product and industry knowledge.
- Familiar with designing and managing SharePoint sites.
- Strong Communication skills.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
