In this role, you will:
- Support the primary model owner of Wells Fargo’s pricing model for Wholesale Credit
- Support the analysis, strategy, and resolution of moderately complex issues related to capital return, pricing and profitability
- Support the evaluation of pricing methodology options in collaboration with Finance and business partners
- Support frontline users in CB & CIB related to questions and concerns about the pricing methodology
- Develop and apply institutional knowledge related to Precision Lender, the pricing platform used by CB and CIB, its functionality, methodology, assumptions and products to support current users and the remaining Precision Lender implementation work.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in financial analysis/ modeling / reporting
Desired Qualifications:
- Banking or lending experience, with an understanding of banking products, pricing strategy and considerations, and return on capital concepts to evaluate relationship and product profitability.
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to work with large data sets and perform data analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- A passion for mathematics and quantitative analysis
- Experience leading projects or initiatives including developing scope and strategy, driving diligence phase, and actively leading and being a part of execution
- Strong partnership and influencing skills, proactive and operates with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive communication
- Ability to summarize information findings and create different styles of presentations tailored to the intended audience and partner closely with business to influence outcomes
