About the role
As Lead Architect, you will take a central role in guiding and shaping the architectural direction within the Mobility Tribe. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including partners, product owners, and development teams, to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Your role will involve translating business strategies into actionable architectural plans, balancing the need for innovation with the practicalities of legacy systems, and aligning priorities with development squads.
You will also play a crucial role in knowledge sharing within a senior team of architects and contribute to setting and maintaining architectural standards across the organization. About the team
The Mobility tribe plays a vital role in our organization, developing solutions that support branded partnerships and the broader customer journey. Our work spans from building user-friendly digital interfaces to maintaining the core systems of record for customer, policy, claims, and invoicing. The tribe is made up of cross-functional, autonomous teams that work together to ensure our platforms are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
This role is part of the Mobility Architecture unit within our broader IT Architecture organization. Together, we ensure that architectural decisions are deeply aligned with both business needs and technical feasibility, fostering innovation and quality throughout the company.
Who are you?
You are a seasoned architect with a collaborative mindset, a passion for modern technology, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. You excel at aligning architectural solutions with business goals and thrive in a role that bridges business strategy and IT development.
Your background includes:
- Experience from development of distributed systems in a complex enterprise setting where you give architectural support to multiple teams working agile
- Proficiency in API design and integration for third-party and partner applications.
- A strong development background in languages like C# or Java, and familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- The ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.
