RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3D Asset Modeling - Character and environment modeling for mobile games.
• Rendering & Lighting - Setting up lighting and rendering for stylized and real-time 3D assets.
• Troubleshooting & Quality Control - Reviewing 3D assets, guiding modelers to execute well-structured, production-ready models.
• Rigging & Skinning - Understanding rig structures and ensuring clean skinning for animation.
• External Vendor Management - Reviewing assets from outsourcing partners and providing quality feedback.
• Team Leadership - Managing a small team of 3D artists, offering mentorship, and driving best practices.
• Other tasks as assigned.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to shape the 3D production pipeline for a growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Art, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of Artists.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong portfolio of 3D work.
• Strong proficiency in Maya, Blender, Unity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for video games.
