What you will do
Johnson Controls invites you to apply for an internship located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This internship is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. The Learning and Development team is seeking those who are ready to apply their skills in L&D and assist with early career programs in a fast-paced, real-world environment. Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below.
How you will do it:

Summer 2025- possibility to stay additional time or repeat the following summer

Tasked with multiple projects throughout the summer

Attend provided enrichment/ development sessions
-
Participate on the L&D team to gain additional knowledge in multiple areas, including early career programs
Duration: This will be a full-time summer 2025 internship.
What we look for
Required Qualifications:
-
Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
-
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Development or similar
-
Currently a Sophomore/Junior status
-
Good Academic Standing
-
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred

Demonstrated problem solving skills required
