Maersk is seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team as a
LCL Growth Enablement Coordinator who will work for the Area. In this role you will quote Key clients and direct sales tenders, facilitate LCL & FCL product growth by providing timely, competitive responses to tenders and quote requests. You will support sales and strategic initiatives to growth business and provide analytics and market intelligence to Area LCL & FCL Product Head.
Scope of responsibilities:
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete quoting for assigned tenders.
• Optimizes the quoting done for Tenders in order to optimize the yields/profits of same.
• Makes independent analysis and pricing suggestions.
• Reduces pricing errors and optimizes the pricing approach.
• Manages stakeholders in such as Procurement, Delivery, Sales etc.
• Conduct regular Sales meeting to boost knowledge and products awareness
• Provides rate quotations and pricing/product support to CSE (Central South Europe) Commercial teams, overseas network and other internal stakeholders.
• Provides analytics and reporting regarding volume and margin trends.
• Collaborates with Product/Pricing teams across the globe


What we are looking for:
• Fluency in English language (local language is a requirement as well)
• Strong Business and Commercial Acumen
• MS Office proficiency (Excel proficient)
• 3 years experience in Ocean or Freight forwarding with a strong understanding of Trade lane management and LCL dynamics

Relevant information: No relocation or VISA support are provided for this role.

The role is available across locations in Central South Europe area.
