The role: 

The role of the Kubernetes Senior SecDevOps is to be responsible for designing and maintain containerized solutions – Design and implement cloud or on-premises infrastructure for IT and Operational Technology (OT) together with the IT and OT infrastructure representatives which need to meet the highest levels of GMP requirements, IT security controls and reliability. 

 

This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects whilst combining your programming and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a thought leader, a consensus builder, and an integrator of people and processes, as well as a sound subject matter expert in setting up cloud services (incl. People, organization, technical aspects, cost effectiveness, high reliability, security, etc.). 

 

Role responsibilities: 

  • Representative of QA Qualification in the project organization for new facilities or other projects regarding qualification of facilities, utilities, equipment and systems 

  • Coordinating different QA interests during the project phase e.g. process, cleaning or other relevant QA objectives  

  • Driving the implementation of new qualification strategy and being a strong decision-maker when needed 

  • Compiling, reviewing and releasing Qualification Documents (URS, Qualification Plan & Report, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ Reports and more) as also supporting and approving quality risk analysis (e.g. FMEA) 

  • Performing assessments and approvals of technical change requests during the different phases of a project and lifecycle and their relevance to the qualification of facilities, equipment, utilities and systems 

  • Representing qualification topics during customer audits and regulatory inspections 

  • Being responsible for driving CAPA and Effectiveness Checks items to completion and timely closing as well ensuring deviations are appropriately investigated and recorded in Deviation Reports 

  

Skills & Experience:

  • Academic degree (Bachelor's or higher) within technology field 

  • Deep Skills in Kubernetes/OpenShift who can operate at an Architect Level 

  • Deep Skills in implementing CI/CD Pipeline and Security Tools 

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not essential 

  • An understanding of the applicable cGMP regulations would be an advantage 

  • General knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes 

  • Extensive experience in containers (Docker, Swarm Kubernetes) 

  • Experience in DevOps Principles, CI/CD, and continuous development pipelines using Jenkins is desirable
