- Play a pivotal role in the Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) transformation projects as a member of the design & build, integration, or deployment teams.
- Stay closely with the user department and technical consultants to fulfil business requirements and launch sustainable solutions.
- Consult, design and configure Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) solution to boost business potential and fulfil its needs.
- Support the gathering and definition of business requirements. Design solutions and processes and create comprehensive specifications and documentation.
- Participate in solution delivery, end-to-end testing, problem-solving, and end-user training, ensuring that the solutions are robust, user-friendly, and meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with SAP S/4 HANA projects, particularly in systems integration, to ensure seamless operation and data flow between the systems.

Qualifications
Required knowledge and competencies:
- Excellent functional and business process knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) with a proven client-facing position.
- Expertise in end-to-end implementation projects in designing and configuring the processes in Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse)
- 7+ years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse).
- Provide best practice implementation guidelines. Guide how to use the solution efficiently and maturely.
- Set development standards for the development team and guide them by supporting solution design and implementation.
- Hands-on S/4 HANA, SAP ECC or SAP APO will be an additional asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- Utilize your excellent communication abilities to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and explain specific solutions and concepts, recognizing the crucial role of interpersonal skills in this position.
- Fluent in written and spoken English to enable daily cooperation in international teams.
- Kinaxis certification is a must.
