Job Description
For our Sales Office, Powertools Division, we are looking for the right person for the following vacancy:
Key User Manager
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for dealing with dealers (turnover, gross margin), the main specialization of which is direct sales within the territorial area of responsibility.
• Support and development of dealers, in whose structure there are direct sales within the territorial area of responsibility.
• Direct (personal) cooperation with the top 5% of the final professional consumers within the territorial area of responsibility (large professional end-users and projects).
• Analysis and management of key professional users and projects (collection / information systematization, establishment of direct contact, capacity assessment, demand analysis, project management, infrastructure organization, database update, application analysis, instrument park analysis, etc.).
• Management and support of specialized dealers. Control over the provision of additional services (logistics, the "first line" of technical support, finance, post-sales service). •Organization of training of representatives of the direct sales department (coaching, joint visits, direct sales methodology). Initiate the creation of direct sales departments at dealers, planning and supporting their activities, training and recruitment assistance, setting up work systems, reporting, monitoring and improving efficiency
• Development and sale of additional services (replacement fund, leasing, full / extended warranty, repair 24 hours, etc.)
• Gather information on competitors, the market, trends on the needs of key end-professional consumers, the required solutions, application areas and the development of measures to increase Bosch's share in the market
• Providing interaction and support in cross-selling with other departments
• Implementation of central marketing activities within the key professional end-users.
• Responsibility for working out the assortment and services for key professional end users, in accordance with their tasks and needs.
• Planning and self-demonstration of power tools and accessories for end-users.
• Increase in the representation and popularity of the BOSCH brand in the sphere of secondary and higher vocational education. Conducting the project "Education".
• Implementation of service orders of his immediate supervisor and direct superiors;
• Making reports and statistics in accordance with the requirements of internal reporting
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant position in Central Asia region.
- Independent in conducting commercial presentations.
- High sales and negotiation skills.
- Readiness for business trips.
- Strong goal and target orientation.
- Knowledge and experience in Construction will be assessed as advantage.
- Driving license, category B.
- fluent English and Russian language
