• The KAM is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to
ensure optimal market access for the company's products. This role involves collaborating with cross-
functional teams to identify and address market access barriers, including reimbursement, pricing,.
• This role is essential for maximizing customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring
the retention of strategic accounts

Where you come into play:
• Market Strategy: You will Develop and implement innovating  strategies to secure optimal conditions for the
company's products at both regional healthcare administration and key hospital accounts.
• Client Management:You develop and maintain long-term relationships with key hospital clients and
healthcare providers.

•Negotiation: you will negotiate with hospital departments and key decision-makers in the procurement
process to secure favorable market access conditions.
• Sales Planning: You design and develop and execute account plans to meet sales objectives and identify
new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and customer
support, to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and an exceptional customer experience.
• Customer Support: You have to provide excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact
for key hospital accounts.
• Reporting: You will monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze market access performance, identifying areas for
improvement and promoting continuous optimization.
• Strategic Management: you will have the responsibility to strategically manage the company's key hospital
accounts and healthcare entities, developing and executing specific strategies.
• Upselling: You will identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
 

What makes you successful:
• Nice to have Catalan speaking competence at a native level
Fluent in English
• You must possess strategic and management skills to build strong relationships with key hospital and
administration clients and healthcare providers, anticipating and addressing their needs in a personalized
manner
• You have to bring experience in market access for medical devices or pharmaceuticals at the regional
and/or account level (desirable but not required)
• Your proficiency and Experience in negotiating with hospital departments and procurement decision-
makers is an important plus
• You have to bring a solid understanding of the healthcare market in Spain, and Catalonia in particular.
• Your experience in the diabetes market is valued.
• Your Additional experience (sales, medical, access, international) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong negotiation and sales skills.

Travel Required:
50 to 75% always travel within the assigned region (Catalonia, Aragón)
