The Key Holder position at Buff City Soap is responsible for:
- Opening and/or closing the store.

Maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment with behaviors that support guest-centric service.

Accurately handling cash when opening and closing the Makery
-
Executing the production plan as directed by Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Shift Supervisor.

Assist with any guest questions/concerns in the moment.

Leading the team by example.
