👩‍💻The role

We're hiring a Key Accounts Manager, Italy to join our Business Team! In this role, you’ll build and nurture relationships with our top suppliers in Italy, shaping trade marketing strategy alongside the General Manager and Growth teams and leading a top-tier operational setup. Acting as the face of Headout, you’ll represent our brand to key supply partners in the region and report directly to the General Manager, Italy.

  • Innovate. You will play a crucial role in launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in the Italy region.
  • Cultivate. Continuously develop relationships with supply partners and grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues.
  • Collaborate. Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings.
  • Analyze. Identify market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

  • Native Italian and fluent English speaker, based in Italy. 
  • 2-5 years in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and a global mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools.
