The Key Accounts Intern will support the Key Accounts team with ongoing day-to-day planning and execution of daily tasks to drive the Ulta Beauty business. This role will report into the Director, Key Accounts. This internship is based in our New York City Headquarters. The program dates are June 4th to August 20th (12 weeks). The pay range for this position is $16.50/hour.

The Key Accounts Intern will work on the following:
- Support the Key Accounts team with ongoing day-to-day planning and execution of daily tasks to drive the Ulta Beauty business
- Assist with meeting preparation including setting up product displays, décor, gifting and catering orders
- Manage product mailings from the office, product orders and organizing product samples
- Conduct daily auditing and tracking of Ulta.com activity, including monitoring for out-of-stocks, validating copy and asset accuracy, and staying on top of customer reviews
- Assist with competitive research by monitoring new product launches, brand promotional activities, and visual merchandising efforts in the market

Sol de Janeiro’s Internship Program requirements:
- You are a Junior or Rising Senior at an accredited University or College
- You are local to the NYC area for a 12-week internship program
- You have interest in the business areas listed above with some relevant coursework, student clubs, and/or internship experience
- Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- You are passionate about the beauty and retail industry and eager to learn!

Salary Range
$16.50—$16.50 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
