We are looking for a customer-focused, driven Sales Professional with a positive, can-do attitude. The individual who will succeed in this role loves winning and has the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to win new customers & projects for KONE. Working in a customer oriented and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients across East & West Flanders - Belgium, spending a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our New Elevator Installation business.

What will you be doing?

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager New Business Solutions (NBS) Major Projects France, Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Have the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive manner
  • Understand the customer needs to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts to meet sales and pricing targets
  • Find customer needs and designs solution to meet them. You can request technical know-how from Technical sales support in tendering phase in non-standard cases
  • Perform administrative tasks and updating all records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Estimate tendering and quoting of small and large project submissions and actively follow up
  • Ensure the contents of customer orders received are in line with KONE negotiation process, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
  • You are responsible for a timely and accurate reporting on the sales targets and funnel

Are you the one?

  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a working level of English
  • You are legally entitled to work in Belgium
  • A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
  • 3-6 years of experience in the same or relevant industries
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant field
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team
