Key Account Manager
Location: Istanbul

A typical day:
Leading and spearheading the relationship with your key customer, you’ll look beyond ‘selling in’ to working in partnership to help your customer ‘sell out’. That involves collaborating with colleagues across the business, particularly the Trade Marketing Manager, to own and build a client relationship that delivers mutual success and continues to grow. Free to leverage pricing, promotions, ambassador programmes, events and campaigns, you’ll hit targets your way, always with the customer experience front of mind.
In this role you will report to Electrical Retail Channel Manager
In detail you will:
- Manage the Key Accounts and E-Commerce customers for Major Domestic Appliances
- Follow up on goals: Sell Out and Sell In – In House Share – Product Visibility in Stores – Account Receivables,
- Follow up monthly and annual sales targets,
- Supervise merchandising team,
- Monitor weekly and monthly reports,
- Follow up on accounts payable process,
- Collaborate closely with Product Line and Trade Marketing departments on identifying business opportunities,
- Analyze sales results, market, competitors and trends to make proposals for improvement,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecast and update if necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Sales (5+ years)
- Knowledge of the industry will be an advantage, as well as previous experience with major or small domestic appliances
- Experience in managing Key Accounts
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Driving License and willingness to travel
- Turkish and very good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-driven and sales-oriented mindset
- Proactive, ambitious, target driven
- Team player, able to cross collaborate with other departments
