The Role & What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business revenue by meeting sales, growth, market share, and productivity targets within your assigned territory through effective promotion of company products and strategic resource allocation within budget. You will also be responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to achieve business results and support programs that enhance patient adherence to therapy. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing customer events and programs in collaboration with the marketing team to develop and implement educational projects for HCPs and patients, ensuring these projects are effectively adapted in your territory. Furthermore, you will be responsible for contributing to stakeholder mapping, including segmentation, and profiling, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the CRM system.

  • Business intelligence:

    • Achieve or surpass territory targets within set budgets and timelines.

    • Seek business opportunities with a thorough understanding of products and territory accounts.

  • Territory intelligence:

    • Collaborate daily with HCPs (GPs, GP assistants, nurses, pharmacies, and relevant specialists like neurologists, ENT specialists, and allergists).

    • Understand customer organizations, networks, and influences on decisions (e.g., peer relationships) and share this information with cross-functional teams.

    • To be an expert in orchestrating various customer-centric activities educational projects in your area (conferences, round tables, meetings, etc.) within the budget.

    • Prioritize and plan engagements and activities effectively.

    • Achieve coverage and frequency targets through face-to-face, group meetings, non-promotional visits (including virtual calls).

  • Product intelligence: Promote products according to strategy, campaign briefs, and policies.

  • Digital Tool Orchestration and Project Management:

    • Utilize various engagement channels and platforms, driving orchestration based on customer preferences (RTEs, mass emails, HCP platforms, etc.).

    • Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions.

  • Communication, Compliance and ADR: Ensure effective cross-functional communication to coordinate interactions and deliver impact and compliant to all policies.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Experienced as Senior Sales Representative or Key Account Manager with over 2 years of expertise in pharmaceutical sales/Healthcare market

  • Proven track record in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management and strong project management skills

  • University degree or the equivalent

  • Successful customer relationship management experience

  • Account and Territory Management experience

  • Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning process.

  • Fluent Latvian language, good English

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Valid Driving License
