Your Role


As a Key Account Manager for the Nordic Countries, you will play a pivotal role in building

and nurturing relationships with key retail partners. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to

implement growth strategies, manage accounts, and deliver results that drive market share and revenue

across the Nordic region. This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to developing and

optimizing sales processes, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and aligning with ZURU’s dynamic

business objectives.


Your Impact


The KAM will directly influence ZURU’s success in the Nordic market by executing key account

strategies, optimizing sales performance, and supporting long-term partnerships with major retailers. You

will be instrumental in:


•Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and profitability.

• Supporting senior account managers in managing key retail accounts.

• Assisting in developing customer-specific sales plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional

campaigns.

• Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.


This role will prepare you for future leadership opportunities in account management by fostering a deep

understanding of strategic partnerships, sales processes, and the retail landscape across Denmark,

Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and growing existing retail partnerships within the Nordic region.
  • Support the implementation of strategic account plans to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify key opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports and presentations to communicate performance and strategies.
  • Participate in regular account reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles, preferably within consumer goods or retail industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and innovation.
