Job Description
As the Key Account Coordinator for Walmart located onsite in Bentonville AR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics coordination between our company and the Key Account Security Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock management, monitoring pipeline activities, and providing essential logistical guidance to enhance operational efficiency. This role serves as a liaison between Bosch and the Key Account, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all business units.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with the Key Account’s Security Technology team to review stock levels and pipeline activities.
- Ensure that long-term and short-term project demands are well communicated.
- Develop and confirm delivery plans, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Provide logistical guidance and support to optimize supply chain operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between Bosch and our Key Account including order release and management.
- Monitor and analyze key account logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate records of key account shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any relevant documentation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues and streamline processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain management.
- Travel up to 25%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum three to five years experience in logistics, key account, or category management.
- Experience working with key account customers required.
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in various software packages, particularly MS Excel and SAP ERP, is required.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and external partners, and demonstrate adeptness in handling high-pressure situations professionally.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, particularly in key account management, is preferred, with a solid grasp of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Exceptional analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with SAP proficiency.
- Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities are essential.
- Previous exposure to large retail accounts is beneficial.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g. Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified Logistics Professional) preferred.
- Experience working with key account customers required.
Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$105,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
