The Position
As a Key Account Management Trainee, you will support and assist in the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with healthcare system partners, as well as manage the supply chain operations. You will work closely with both the healthcare system partners and supply chain teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimize the product journey from wholesalers to hospital pharmacies.
Your role:

Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Support the development and implementation of account strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for account expansion and address potential challenges.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for key accounts.

Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports to the key account management team.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to deliver tailored solutions to key accounts.

Track the product journey from wholesalers to hospital pharmacies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Monitor product stock levels and collaborate with wholesalers to manage inventory and avoid stockouts.

Assist in coordinating purchase orders from hospital pharmacists, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Help to identify and resolve issues or concerns raised by key accounts and supply chain partners in a timely and efficient manner.

Participate in regular meetings with key account stakeholders to discuss progress, provide updates, and gather feedback.

Support the coordination of key account activities, including events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Develop a deep understanding of the key accounts' business and industry, staying informed about market trends and the competitive landscape.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role or internship is a plus.

Fluent in local language and proficiency in English.
