Job Purpose

At Unilever Food Solutions, our purpose is to Free Chefs to love what they do.  We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners, and good for the planet.  Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales turnover for assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets within budget.
  • Ensure high-quality product displays and merchandising are consistently maintained according to recommended layouts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional business conduct.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting findings and recommending corrective actions to management.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure efficient supply chain operations to assigned accounts.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • 2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or related role
  • Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred

Skill

  • Solid understanding in General Trade 
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good Problem-solving skills.
