KBI Administrative Assistant – Miramar, FL

We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Miramar, FL team. You will provide clerical and administrative support to the branch office, working closely with the management and technician team.

You will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all service inquiries from our customers.
• Serve as a point of contact for technicians and dispatch in accordance with the order/scheduled work orders for the day.
• Complete daily billing for branch office, ensuring all customers are charged in accordance with individual contracts.
• Manage expense data to ensure accuracy of weekly employee expense reports prior to submission for payment.
• Order parts and track shipments.
• Provide administrative/clerical assistance during large and small projects, including maintenance of schedules and project spreadsheets.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
• Ability to stay focused in a fast paced, fluid environment
• Ability to work Monday – Friday schedule. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $17.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
