Knightsbridge Office Coordinator
As the first point of contact for the Crown Court Offices, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff to maintain a productive work environment.
About the Role
As the Office Coordinator, you will oversee the daily functions of the office, ensuring that everything remains tidy, organized, and efficient. You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms for concession staff, ordering and maintaining office supplies, including tea, coffee, milk, crockery, cutlery, and stationery. Additionally, you will check kitchen areas across all floors and ensure they are well-stocked and tidy.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff to maintain a productive work environment.
Your role includes maintaining workplace policies related to fire safety, health & safety, and first aid, while also coordinating maintenance and repair requests within the office space. Building and nurturing relationships with building management will be key, as will collaborating with IT to report and resolve any technical issues.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
- Adapt to a variety of ad-hoc duties as they arise.
- Check meeting rooms daily, ensuring they are all set up for the day.
- Check lockers daily and ensure they are being used as per policy.
- Provide a professional first point of contact for colleagues, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Helping establish and maintain office procedures.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing office operations. You should be a team player with great communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to stay adaptable and respond to changing workloads will be key in maintaining a productive and efficient office environment.
You must also have:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to navigate office software and platforms with ease.
