Company Description

At Booth Creek Wagyu (BCW), we’re flipping the script on what premium beef should be. We believe every bite of Wagyu should stop you in your tracks, spark conversation, and bring people together. This isn’t just food—it’s an experience. And we’re on a mission to bring that experience to every table in America.

We’re a vertically integrated powerhouse, controlling every step of the process from genetics to retail. Our cattle are raised and fed in the Flint Hills of Kansas, backed by top 1% Wagyu genetics, best-in-class feeding practices, and our own processing facilities. No middlemen. No compromises. Just elite beef, delivered directly to our customers through high-touch retail stores, e-commerce, and select wholesale accounts.

This is your chance to join a brand that’s growing fast, thinking big, and doing things differently. If you’re ready to help shape the future of American beef—and be part of a team that’s hungry, driven, and unapologetically ambitious—let’s talk.
