The Team

The Key Account Manager will join the team focusing on the new product launch in infectiology (Antifungal), specifically focusing on the Paris West region working closely with relevant hospitals in the area.

The Key Account Manager - Drug Promotion Officer is responsible, in compliance with the rules of professional conduct, ethics, the promotional information charter and its reference framework, for the company's strategy, for the development in its therapeutic area of long-term partnership and commercial relations with major national accounts, for information aimed at promoting the drug to healthcare professionals in hospitals.


Role and Responsibilities

Medicine Promotion Officer

  • Presentation of products or product portfolio to all healthcare professionals constituting its target, in compliance with the communication strategy, internal training documents and validated product positioning

  • Implementation of an investment and activity strategy in line with the company's objectives and the needs of the sector

  • Development of a sector analysis to manage activity, investments and performance

  • Organization and facilitation of information meetings for healthcare professionals (PR, staff) by optimizing the "Public Relations" budget allocated to the sector

  • Proposal of public relations operations in its sector after agreement of the National Sales Director, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of these operations.

  • Participation and representation of the company with healthcare professionals at regional and national congresses

  • Implementation of the sectoral action plan validated by the hierarchy

  • Compliance with the coverage and frequency of visits defined by the hierarchy and according to the terms of reception of the healthcare professional and the rules specific to the different places of practice

  • Compliance with the communication strategy validated by Marketing, Medical and Regulatory

  • Compliance with the rules of professional conduct, ethics, the promotional information charter and its current reference framework

  • Compliance with the regulations relating to the transparency of links for data collected concerning the healthcare professionals visited and those relating to the so-called anti-gift law in the professional relationships that it initiates with healthcare professionals

  • Collection and transmission of pharmacovigilance information, product complaints, etc.

Key Account Manager

  • Design and implementation of a Key Account development strategy

  • Coordination of actions aimed at hospital referencing of portfolio products

  • Collection and transmission of pharmacovigilance information, product complaints, etc.

  • Development of partnership links with key customers of public and private purchasing centers

  • Monitoring of calls for tenders

  • Analysis of sales results in relation to commercial efficiency (SFE) in order to make strategic recommendations

  • Coordination with the Markets Department and its Director to ensure that new Mundipharma products are referenced in hospitals
     

What you’ll bring

Required:

  • Bac+3

  • Medical Visitor Diploma or equivalent

Desired:

  • Previous Key Account Manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Business school / Master's degree

  • Pharmacist

  • English Level B2
