We are hiring immediately a Corporate Legal Counsel (M/F) to join Aggreko’s internal legal team to help drive growth in our European division. The position is based at the headquarters in St Michel sur Orge (91240), and hybrid working is also on offer to support work life balance.

What you’ll do: Directly reporting to our Continental Europe Legal Director, the following tasks are proposed (list not exhaustive):
- Support Continental Europe (sales, purchasing, finance and other teams) by providing legal advice for Aggreko’s business;
- Review and prepare tenders in collaboration with sales and finance teams;
- Review, draft, negotiate all kinds of commercial documents (confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions, NDAs, T&Cs, framework agreements, tenders, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, rental agreements, etc.)
- Legal secretarial services
- Conduct legal research on a variety of topics;
- Maintain the library on local and international legislation;
- Litigation follow-up and reporting;
- Conduct legal research on a variety of topics
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Degree in International Law (Master 2)
- 2 years of experience in a commercial law firm or equivalent in-house role
- English : Good writing and communication skills (oral and written)
- Another European language would be a real asset for this position: Italian or German as preference.
